Jerry D. Conner

June 28, 1950 – September 5, 2025

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Jerry Conner, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, who went to be with the Lord on September 5th, at the age of 75.

Jerry was known for his hands-on approach to life, his love for his family, and his unwavering devotion to those around him. As a skilled handyman, he had an incredible ability to fix and build anything. Whether it was a broken appliance, a leaky roof, or a home improvement project, Jerry was the person everyone turned to for help. His resourcefulness and hard work left a lasting impact on everyone he met.

Jerry’s greatest joy, however, was his family. He was a loving husband to Barbara Conner for 51 years, sharing a bond of faith and love that only deepened over time. Together, they built a home full of laughter, warmth, and unwavering commitment to one another. Jerry was a devoted father to his two daughters, Tracy and Michelle, and he found endless joy in watching them grow and become the women they are today. His legacy continues through his grandchildren: Devin, Hannah, Savannah, Danielle, Cody, Joshua, and Abby, who were the light of his life. He also leaves behind many family members, including his brother, Ben, his sister, Joyce, and his two close cousins, Steve and Roger, who were more like brothers to him. He was preceded in death by his father, Ed Conner, his mother, Marie Conner, and his brothers Bill and Donnie Conner.

Jerry’s faith in Jesus Christ was the foundation of his life. He was a man of integrity, kindness, and strength. Whether through his work or his relationships, Jerry exemplified the love of Christ in all he did. While we mourn the loss of such a dear and irreplaceable man, we take comfort in knowing that Jerry is now in the presence of his Savior, where there is no more pain, no more suffering, and no more goodbyes. His family takes solace in the promise of eternal life and the hope that they will one day be reunited with him in Heaven. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten. His legacy of love, faith, and hard work will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
