Joseph Richard Primm

Joseph Richard Primm , 70, of Niota, Tn.

Joseph, aka ” Joe ” or ” Grandpa Joe ” passed away in his home on June
17, 2020 after a lengthy battle with Congestive Heart Failure .

Joseph was born May 23,1950 to George William Sr & Doris Primm in Akron, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Joseph Richard Jr; and a sister, Marsha Lynn. He also leaves behind a Family of 6 siblings, 6 children, 22 grandchildren, 5 step children and his loving devoted wife of 11 yrs., Susan Diane Primm.

” Joe ” as most of his friends and Family called him, loved doing all
kinds of projects as he called them . Late in life he picked up the art of writing . He has published a western book, ” The Empty Shotgun “. Then he went on to painting with oils and acrylics. He was quite the artist ! He was a Macgyver ! He could fix and build anything out of anything. His family and friends kept him busy with all kinds of projects and will miss him so very much.

” Grandpa Joe ” as most of his grandchildren called him was also said to be, ” The Man, The Myth, The Legend ” !

Whenever he was needed , he was there to help them out . Whether it was to put a smile on their faces, make them something or help them get in trouble, He was there !

Memorialization will be by ” cremation with a no memorial service, as he
will live on in our hearts. “

  3. He was truly the greatest man I ever have met. He married my Mom, but never had to be a Dad to me, yet he chose to be, and he was an amazing one. He will always be in my heart.
