Richard (Rick) Keith Phillips, 63, of Caryville, passed away Wednesday, March 29, at UT Hospital. He was a member of Willowbrook Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Otis and Mildred Phillips of Caryville, TN, and son James Keith Phillips of Jacksboro, TN. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Vickie Lynn (Wallace); brothers, Gary Lee and wife Sandi, John David and wife Jane, and Joe and wife Kelli. A celebration of life was held at Willowbrook Baptist Church on Saturday, April 1, 2017.
